We offer a wide variety of products such as t-shirts, hoodies, dad hats, mugs and even stickers. Our products feature designs from movies and television to music and geek culture, and we're always adding more! Don't settle for cheap quality t-shirts online ever again. All of our apparel is high-quality and printed to order in the US. If you’re looking to request a type of product, please contact us here.
Currently we only offer adult sizes. Most of our products fit true to size but for some of our women's products we suggest ordering one or two sizes up before ordering, or going with a Unisex alternative. Please see our sizing chart for exact size information. There is approximately a 1 inch variance that can be experienced from what is expressed in the chart. We want to make sure you're happy with your order so please let us know if your products don't match our size chart within reason.

We offer flat rate shipping tiers based on the weight of your order. The majority of orders in the US will have a shipping cost of $5.95.
All of our items are printed to order, meaning we don’t keep an inventory. Typically, it will take about 2-5 business days for orders to print before leaving our production facility. In total you should expect about 10 days to receive your order but if you need your shirts for a special occasion we suggest allowing at least two weeks in case there are any delays.
Each order receives tracking information for shipping. You will get an email once your order ships. If you don’t receive this in a reasonable time frame please contact us. Be sure to check your junk/spam and promotions folders if you do not receive an email in your inbox.
Twisted Gorilla is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To ensure your packages are covered, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
If you purchase shipping insurance, your package will be covered throughout the shipping process. Below are the terms for making a claim, if an issue does occur:
- For packages marked as "delivered," claims can be filed within 5-15 days of the delivered dates.
- For packages presumed to be lost (status is not delivered) in the US and Canada, claims can be filed within 7-30 days of the last recorded checkpoint or scan.
- All claims must be filed within 60 days of the order date.
Fulfillment is an automated process, so once orders are placed, we aren't able to modify them. Once your order is received, you may return or exchange your item. Please review our returns and exchange policy for more details.
Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout! If you have questions regarding our items before placing your order or are having technical issues with ordering, please contact Customer Care here.
If you would like to return your items, you may do so within 14 days of when your order was received. Please check out our returns and exchange policy for more details.
We do not offer refunds. We only accept returns for exchanges or store credit. However, we want to make sure you are happy with our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please let us know and we will be happy to get you a replacement.
If an item is damaged or the wrong item is sent, due to manufacturer error, a replacement item will be sent at no additional charge. Picture proof of damaged items must be included with the item replacement request.
